SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing is the time it takes from when you place your order on our site to when it gets packed up and shipped out.
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 2 pm PST Monday - Friday, as well as weekend or holiday orders, will ship within 24 hours of the following business day.
All orders are processed within 72 hours.
You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding!
DELIVERY
Delivery times do not include order processing times.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Shipping Rates are automatically calculated at check out by Shopify Shipping Calculator.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200, which is automatically applied at checkout (excludes International Orders).
Once your order ships, it will arrive to you in the following times listed below based on the shipping method selected.

If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, an APO/FPO address, or any U.S. territories, transit times may take a little longer.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES TAXES, AND OTHER FEES
Luxlash Society is not responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Luxlash Society, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Unfortunately, we do not offer pickups at this time.
TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location of your shipping address. Please note that rural areas may take longer than the estimated times.
MISSING PACKAGES
Once your purchase has been lodged with your preferred shipping carrier, Luxlash Society is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an inquiry with your selected carrier.
For USPS, you can lodge an inquiry into missing parcels here.
CANCEL ORDER
You may cancel an order prior to it being packed or fulfilled. However, there is a limited window between ordering and fulfillment, we will try our best to catch any cancellation requests before they are shipped out.
If your order has already been shipped out, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled, but if you still wish to return the package after receiving the order, please follow the steps below. ,
1. Read our Returns Policy to ensure that your items/order qualifies for a return.
2. Complete Return Form.
CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Order Not Shipped:
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to change the shipping address for you. However, this is time-sensitive, so please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@luxlashsociety.com and we’ll see if we can update it before it's shipped out.
Order Shipped:
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it’s now in the hands of the courier. You will need to contact the courier (found on your tracking) and update your address with them.
We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
