Return & Exchanges

We know that returning items can sometimes be disappointing, so we've made our returns process quick and easy for you!

TO RETURN YOUR ORDER PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

 

  1. Make Sure You Have Read Our Policy- It's important to ensure that your item qualifies for an exchange before contacting customer care. Make sure you read our returns and exchanges policy (here) and contact customer care if you have any questions.
  2. Request a Return Via The Form Below- Enter your order number and email address, select which items you would like to return, and choose "Return" or "Exchange" as your preferred return method.
  3. Await Authorization- After you have sent in your Return/Exchange form we will be in contact with you within 1 - 2 business days. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange we will notify you with a returns address & authorization number.
  4. Post Your Return Parcel- Returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at Lux Lash Society. Though it’s not required, we do recommend purchasing tracking services for your protection and to also hold on to the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. 

IMPORTANT

  • Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. 
  • If we cannot locate your returned package, we are unable to process the refund.
  • Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to Lux Lash Society by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Items being Returned or Exchanged MUST be received by Lux Lash Society within 20 days of authorization approval.
