RETURNS POLICY

We’re committed to making sure you are in love with your Luxlash Society Purchase & Experience, and we understand how important it is to be totally satisfied with the tools you use when it comes to doing what you love — lashing.

Domestic orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

International orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging that they were sent from Luxlash Society.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Item(s) will not be accepted back at LLS facility after 45 days from the date of delivery.
  • For any returns deemed to be defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, a clear photo or video must be submitted with your return request.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Luxlash Society reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. Any damage caused/incurred by the owner, misusing, modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product will result in a return claim being rejected.

If your order is damaged in transit, missing items, is defective, or you have received the wrong item(s), please contact Luxlash Society within 14 days of delivery. All orders are subject to the Conditions for Return outlined above.

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Other than in the event of them being defective or sent in error.

Luxlash Society is not responsible for covering any return shipping costs or insurance coverage.

If you do wish to return your order, please note that all freight charges and associated return costs must be covered by you.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time

Exchanges are subject to product availability. In the event that an exchange item costs less than the original, Luxlash Society will either refund the difference or offer store credit for the difference.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

We do not currently offer exchanges for international returns.

Luxlash Society is not responsible for covering any return shipping costs or insurance coverage.

Luxlash Society is not responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Luxlash Society, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

REFUND PROCESSING

Returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at Luxlash Society. Though it’s not required, we do recommend purchasing tracking and insurance services for your protection. Please email us the tracking reference after shipping the item and retain proof of postage in case we do not receive the parcel.

In the case of Return to Sender for whatever reason, you can request for the order to be redelivered for a fee

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Where returns are processed for store credit, a Luxlash Society gift card will be issued once your return is approved and sent to the email used to make the original purchase. 

Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a Luxlash Society gift card to the gift recipient once the return is inspected and approved.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an item is out of stock when an order is placed, a partial refund will be issued immediately, and any remaining items, if applicable, will be shipped out.

TRAINING AND COURSE POLICY

All Training Fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another course within the same calendar year or to an individual deemed qualified to attend.
