We’re committed to making sure you are in love with your Lux Lash Society Purchase & Experience and we understand how important it is to be totally satisfied with the tools you use when it comes to doing what you love — lashing.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • You can return or exchange unused, unopened products in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. (Excluding Adhesive/Liquids)
  • Adhesive/Liquids: All Adhesives/Liquids are not eligible for return and are final sale.
  • Tweezers: Lux Lash Society Tweezers can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. We know tweezers are very personal, and we want to make sure you find the pair that's right for you.
  • Lux Lash Society is not responsible for covering any return shipping costs and insurance.
  • We are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Discontinued/Final Sale: No credits, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.
  • Any damage caused/incurred by the owner, misusing, modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise alter the product will result in a return claim being rejected.
  • Any item(s) that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Artist Collaboration or Limited Edition Tweezers /Orders are Final Sale. 
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

 

TRAINING AND COURSE POLICY

Training Fees: are non-refundable but can be transferred to another course within the same calendar year or to an individual deemed qualified to attend.
